Policies & Disclaimers

At Dynamic Shot Lab LLC, we pride ourselves on professional excellence and artistic integrity. The following policies ensure a transparent, high-quality experience for every client.

1. Payment & Invoicing

  • Invoicing: Upon agreement of services, an official invoice will be issued. This document serves as our formal agreement on project costs.
  • Terms: All fees are due on or before the dates specified in your agreement. Payments received after the due date will incur a 25% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance.
  • Expense Adjustments: Final billing may be subject to change based on actual expenses incurred during the project (e.g., specific travel or equipment rentals). The final calculated invoice will be the definitive amount payable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: We commit significant time and resources to prepare for your shoot. Accordingly, any cancellation by the Client will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of cancellation.

3. Artistic Style & Vision

  • Aesthetic Judgment: By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our portfolio and have a reasonable expectation that the services will be performed in a similar style.
  • Artistic Final Say: Dynamic Shot Lab LLC retains final say regarding aesthetic judgment and the artistic quality of the work. Disagreements regarding artistic style or aesthetic choices are not valid grounds for termination of the agreement or a request for a refund.

4. Ownership & Image Rights

  • Ownership of Work: Dynamic Shot Lab LLC retains all rights, titles, and interests in all work products.
  • Marketing License: The Client grants the Photographer a worldwide, irrevocable license to use materials created during the service for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes. The Client affirms that no other entity has rights that would restrict this use.
  • Final Products vs. RAW Files: We do not release unedited or RAW files. These files are unfinished drafts that do not represent our brand's quality. All RAW files remain the property of the Photographer and are used exclusively for post-processing and internal marketing.

5. Usage Rights

  • Personal Use License: We grant our Clients an exclusive, limited, and royalty-free license to use the final work product for Personal Use.
  • Includes: Personal social media, personal albums/gifts, non-commercial physical displays, and personal communications (e.g., holiday cards).
  • Restrictions: Clients may not remove attribution or copyright notices. Any commercial use or sale of the work product requires prior written consent from Dynamic Shot Lab LLC.
